Italian mood all summer long

A European fountain right in Pittsburgh? Well not exactly, but there is a reason in emanates European architecture. As you may all know by now, I am a bit obsessed with architecture... so when I found this hidden gem of a park right in my city I of course made it my summer spot.

Here is some history about Mellon Park if you're up for some learning! The Walled Garden was built by landscape architects Vitale & Geiffert in 1929. The Walled Garden is enclosed by brick walls with an ornate Gothic wall, stone terrace and fountain as a focal point. The fountain was designed by Edmond R. Amateis who was born in Rome, Italy.
I love the bistro table & chairs a top the stone terrace. This modern design mixed with the Gothic architecture has lured me in. All I need is some vino & spaghetti to feel like I am truly in Italy.

I wore a vintage beige blazer, a tank dress, my Jaggar the label bare sandals & a vintage cream Fendi bag.

Get out & explore your never know what you'll find.
